Working in an advertising agency requires, above all, passion, team spirit and the willingness to give all that you have; everything else you can learn. Or, let's say, almost everything else. You can't do entirely without talent either, of course. After all, future media designers won't get anywhere without that creative kick. She has got it. And great talent for observation, as well. What is still missing for the home stretch, training will bring.
